As you all know that we have School, Degrees, "Licenses or Certificates" dropdown fields on the Career Site sections that enables the candidate to provide their School name, Degrees name and Licenses or Certificates.
We have loaded all the possible School Names, Degree names and the Licenses or Certificates names. Despite loading the values as exhaustive as possible, we often come across the situation where the candidates unable to find their Degree names or School names or "Licenses or Certificates" name. Ultimately, the candidates are not able to communicate to the users that they are not able to find their school / degree / certifate and are forced to select which ever is the nearest possible value.
