error at career site while submitting the job application - ORC

Error occurs when sumitting job appplication though the mail to candidate is triggeredContent
Hi,
We are having an error when candidate submits the job application on external career site,though the candidate gets the email that you have succefully applied at job.We can not see the candidate in system though recruiter as well.
the error is "something went wrong,Try again later"(please see the attached screenshot)
We have checked changing multiple job application flow and CSP but still the issue is not resolved.
If anyone have faced the same issue and can help that'd be best.
