Use of the employee status Layoff with Recall in HCM allows us to set up delegations in Expenses, but can not complete expense reports


Our HR department has recently begun to use the status Layoff with Recall for specific employees.  We have been able to link a delegate to the employee in Manage Delegations, but that delegate can not see the employee in the Expenses form in order to enter expense cash transactions on the employees behalf.

Is there a status that allows staff to show as 'inactive' but keeps the assignment available/active so that expenses can be completed for outstanding cash expense transactions for a number of days after the initial status change?
