Configuration to trigger emails in ORC

Hi All,

I have received a fresh instance and would like to understand whether there are additional configurations required to trigger emails to candidates and other processes in ORC.

I have activated all candidate notifications in content library but I do not receive emails as a candidate (e.g. the email with 6 digit verification code), also all IRC alerts are active in alerts composer. 

What is it that I am missing.
