'Last Updated Performance Rating' Discrepancy on Performance Overview

edited Apr 23, 2020 5:28PM in Performance Management 9 comments

Content

In the process of transitioning Performance Management from Classic UI to Responsive and noticed that the 'Last Updated Performance Rating' on the Performance Overview page is returning mixed results (some direct reports have correct rating displayed, while others do not) for line managers.

My plan is to hide this attribute for now, along with others we do not use (i.e. Potential Rating, Check-Ins) via Page Composer, but wanted to ask the community if others have experienced this issue. If so, is there a diagnostic test, scheduled process, customization, etc... that was used to resolve?

Greatly appreciate any feedback on this - Thanks!
