Align action - Need help about removing the unwanted options associated

Align action - Need help about removing the option "Manager Goals" and "Colleague Goals"

Hello,

As a worker, the "Align" action works only for the option "Ogranization Goals" created by Line Manager. When a worker wants to align one of his personal goal to an organization goal, there is no issue.

But by doing this, he can see two unwanted options " Manager Goals " and " Colleague Goals" which are confusing for the worker. So, we would like to know how to remove those 2 options or at least, make them invisible to the worker.

I tried to do it using Page Composer buth the options seems to be not available.
