Where to define HM and Recruiter Notification on CSP

Hi Everyone,

I have created multiple Template for HM and Recruiter by using

IRC_JobApp_Review_HM

IRC_JobApp_Review_Recruiter

I want to send a mutiple notification to HM and Recruiter in multiple phases but when I go in CSP I have clicked on notification  action where i can see only Recruiter and HM checkbox. How I can define Eg. To be reviewed There should be a notification to HM and another phases there should other notification to HM. How Can i achieve this requirement.

Does anyone has done the same. If I can get the step or live secreenshot it will be very helpful.
