Overall Summary section is not aligned as per Sequence

Hello,

I have mentioned 'Overall Summary Template section' sequence value to 50 to display after 'Questionnaire' section under Performance Templates setup. Whereas while performing evaluation, 'Overall Summary' section shows at the top of the evaluation page which is incorrect. Can you please find attach screen print on the same and suggest if any setup has been missed from my end.
