Processing Performance Document Eligibility for a Single Worker in RUI

he EE in the example below is not eligible for 2019 year-end review due to Hire Date. The   In Classic UI admins were able to overwrite employee's eligibility. Is there a way to process Performance Document Eligibility for a Single Worker in RUI?
