While employee or manager enters the evaluation of different sections of performance document, system do not force them to evaluate all items under different sections. While submitting the performance document, they only get a warning indicating that certain sections of the document are not evaluated. Is there a way to force the employee and manager to evaluate all sections before submitting the evaluation.
