It is possible to access chat_events.data_str in reports?


Customer requested a report to list answers sent by agents over chat interactions.

Reviewing chat reports, cannot found a chat report related with answers, I found the "Chat event details" that list the column chat_events.data_str but it cannot be filtered becase it's a large binary object.  

"Message Transactions" would be the best option, because it has FK to answers table, but it doesn't records transactions of messages sent with chat sessions.

Do you know if exist another table that records the event of send an answer to customers over chat sessions?
