How to update a field in TCC export with other values (say blank).

Hi

We have a export script that takes out the data of New Hires. The requirement is to update the value of a specific field in the export with some other values (basically a meta-data change).

Tried using replace function but it changes the structure of XML, converts the field into a runtime field.

Example :-

Suppose some candidate in his/her offer page is having Bonus plan as "A" , so when the new hire data is exported we need to replace this value with "A' with some other value say "B', without changing the actual XML structure.
