Approval & FYI notification for Goals

Approval & FYI notification for Goals

Content

Hi,

I have below requirement, could you please suggest how to achieve.

1) Performance/Development Goal creation requires manager approval. (For this, i have enabled the Profile option code - 'HRG_ADD_GOAL_REQ_APPR', but Approval not trigger to manager. So, i have written rule for BPM Task -'Approve Performance Goal' to trigger to manager. It works. But it get conflict to below second point where I don't need any approval notification for Goal Edit/Delete).

2)  Performance/Development Goal Edit/Delete doesn't require any Approval/Notification.

3) Performance/Goal completion requires only FYI notification to Manager (but not approval) - (For this requirement, under task - 'Manage Talent notifications', i have enabled to 'YES' for 'Worker updates a completed goal'. But it doesn't work instead it will ask for Approval because of BPM rule 'Approve Performance Goal' set in the first point.

Howdy, Stranger!
