Report Summary



I would like to ask if there's a way to get all the data from Ask a question in customer portal? Basically, we set it up as a Pre-chat survey before transferring to a live agent. It contains drop down list and open field for their name,country, etc etc. But I can find the right data table source. It creates a Chat ID but no data is being published if a chat was not able to accept by our agents. I only have Chat ID and URL link.

Is there a way to get that?
