We just had our 20B upgrade last weekend.
While trying to test something, I realize that every time I amend a contract (existing or newly created), I am losing all the Billing Attributes in the Contract. Please note that we are using Grants and hence the contracts are created from Award submission. It appears to be a bug.
 
By default, award based contracts are created with the Invoice Method of ‘Cost Reimbursable Invoice’ and Revenue Method of ‘As Incurred Revenue’. We need to change them to ‘Amount Based’ and we do it right after creating the contract by amending the contract.
