Viewing notes on employee in performance document

Hi all,

We have a costumer requirement – manager should be able to write notes on employee to himself during the year and view them before the performance process

Is there a way for a manager to view in the performance process (template/flow) notes he wrote on an employee in the Feedback area?

Can a performance document be available to a manager in a Draft status so he write the notes on employees and use them at process star?

Any other option you might have used?
