When a candidate applies for the job or simply have a look without confirming his email id, the look of the webpage is same. There should be an option for the candidate to know that candidate is logged into the profile for example- when a candidate goes to manage profile and verifies his email, he should see his name like welcome Mr. ____ (like we see on the fusion home pages) on the webpage to let him know that he's logged into the external career site.
