Schedule a half month report

Hi, 

 

does anyone have an idea if it is possible to schedule a report based on hard-set half month? So the requirement is to have a report that fires every 16th with the data for 1-15 and then on 1st wit the data for 16-end of month.
So the 1st part is easy (run on 16th and look at the last 15 days).
 

How do I go about the 2nd part? I though about having 3 schedules (1 for 31 day months, 1 for 30 and one for Feb), but then I am still missing out on the 29/02 on the leap years...
