We are looking at changing the Payroll from Bi weekly to Semi monthly for FY 2021. Current payroll calendar is Bi weekly
and Program/Plans which are defined in benefits uses monthly rates. if we change the payroll,
1)How does this affect employee benefits?
2)Since the payroll calendar is going to change, do we need to configure new programs/plans?
3)if we need to create new plans/program, what is the best way to end date all the existing elections and load them in new plan?
4)Any pros and cons, issues and best practice that we need to follow?
