Ethnicity values in ORC Application are different from Core HR values

In the candidate application section for ethnicity, the values are driven from the PER_ETHNICITY lookup table which includes the values of "Two or more races" and "Not disclosed". The candidate application also only allows the candidate to select one option. Now looking at the Core HR Employee Self-Service pages, the only values that display are:

I am Hispanic or Latino (as a choice for Ethnicity)

And underneath are checkboxes to select different races if the employee is not Hispanic or Latino.

This layout is inconsistent with the candidate application and if a candidate were to select "Two or more races" as an option this would not flow over into Core HR.
