Hello Friends,

Need your inputs on the below items.

1. Sharing of CV's by the Recruiter to the Hiring Manager - Example: In Taleo, we have the option to share the CV's of candidates by the Recruiter to the Hiring Manager before scheduling any interviews. Is there any similar option that can be used to achieve this for bulk candidate sharing?

Note: We are trying to explore the Collect Feedback / Interview option, but again the notifications which will be sent to the candidates will be a bottleneck.

Any other options on this??

2. Is ORC capable of handling the Students / Internships related recruitment? Like separate jobs and career section for Internships, but there will be no assignment or record that can be created in the Fusion system. We can have separate Recruiting Type and use career section for that. Would like to explore more details.
