Address creation for a Customer

Agent is unable to add an Address for a Customer in CX Commerce Cloud Application


Hi All,

Hope you are doing well.

We have created a Customer from the Agent Console. But when tried to add an Address to the particular Customer manually, we are not able to select the Country option. We have tried checking if the site associated is mapped with Shipping/ Billing Country and Region details and found the values to be available.

We have also tried associating an address to a Customer by calling the "addProfileAddress" API and it's throwing an error like Country and State values provided are invalid.
