Document blue bar text: how to show unique text for different roles?

Summary

Document blue bar text: how to show unique text for different roles?

Content

Throughout the document, different pages show blue bar text to provide some information on what to do on the page.  The challenge is that we need to be specific and provide unique text to the different roles (worker, manager, participant).  We need to do this on the document overview page, and the Evaluate pages for goals and competencies.  Does anyone know if this can be done, and if so, how?

Howdy, Stranger!
