Hi Team,

When an SR is assigned to the available agent in the OEC, he should get the notification at the bell icon into the application. For that, I have written the below script from the oracle docs and enabled those into Notification Preferences. But no notification gets triggered.

I have tried with the below trigger types
1. After changes posted to the database
2. Before insert into the database
3. Before update into the database (Here when I manually change the "Assigned to" field, got the bell notification)
