So what are the tools, you ask?

For starters, there is the Setup Assistant, a step-by-step wizard that automates the initial setup of CX Sales. Gather your data in excel and upload into Setup Assistant with a single click or enter directly into the application. Setup is completed in minutes!!

Why is this important? 

The Setup Assistant not only completes the initial setup for you but it also lays the right foundation for importing data. Additionally, prior to the 20B release, we had a client side utility (published on My Oracle Support) that was available for use only in English. Now that it’s part of CX Sales,
