Filtering Goal on Employee's Goal Plans According to his Job Family

Hi,

We had some test regarding goal management, and we found an issue. When we create a new goal we have the possibility to insert the "Job Family". We created many goals with different "Job Family". But when we try to add a goal to a person on his goal plan, he can see all the goals that we add independently on his "Job Family". So the issue is:
what is the purpose to add "Job Family" to goals, if the goals are not filtered for employee according to his "Job Family"? Is it possible to filter the goals for an employee according to his "Job Family"?

Howdy, Stranger!
