Use flexfield from Person Profile in ORC job application?

Can we use flexfields enabled in person profiles in Oracle Recruiting Cloud external job application?

We have our 'Majors' field configured as a flexfield in person profiles, but it is not showing up for external candidates applying to requisitions in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Is it intended that Oracle is not allowing flexfields flow to ORC external applications? Or do we need to configure a new setting to make it show up? All the other fields in our 'Degree' Content Section show up on the external candidate site, just not the flexfield (that we were forced to create because no more than 500 values are allowed in the seeded Majors field).
