This post reviews an enhancement in 20B which lets supplier registration approvers view the questionnaire response attachments in the supplier registration request email.

With the new enhancement, if suppliers provide attachments as part of their response to the registration questionnaire, approvers receive the attachments in the supplier registration request email.You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

The supplier registration request email will continue to have the Supplier Questionnaire Response PDF with details of questionnaire presented to the supplier and the response provided to these questions. If the response contains attachments, these are displayed in the Attachments section of the Supplier Questionnaire Response PDF.
