Returning More than 10k Records on Scheduled Report

All,

We have a report that runs every night that displays new records created in one of our custom objects in the past 24hrs. This report emails itself to a handful of accounts. Occasionally, we have more than 10k records created in a single day so the data in the report is truncated to only show the first 10k. Is there a way to display all of the records, even above 10k in scheduled reports that does not involve altering the VRL_HARD config setting?
