Disposition of Incident when Survey went out

I am trying to find the disposition of an incident at the moment the survey went out. In our organization the disposition sometimes gets changed after the survey has gone out, but I need to report on what the disposition was at the moment the survey was sent. I need the disposition at the time the survey went out as a column on a report so I can see the disposition for many of the incidents at a time.

I have a report built that uses the trans_type of "Sent" and only looks for those trans_types with an output column of "Disposition Hierarchy", but I am not sure this shows the disposition at the time the survey was sent or if it shows the current disposition?  Anything is helpful, thanks!
