Integration/Connection Based Security for OICS
Organization Name
Southern Company ServicesDescription
Current security roles in OICS seem to be global in nature, if you are an administrator or developer you have access to all features within your purview. A developer can view any connection or integration without any restriction, and an administrator has no limitations.
When talking about organizations that have multiple development teams and multiple SaaS applications this becomes a real issue when trying to share OIC instances.
There needs to be more granular permissions in OICS that allow for further segregation at the object level, for example, Developer Group A can work with these connections or integrations, but not these other ones. It's not feasible to have multiple development teams co-exist in a single OIC instance with the current security model, when security is taken seriously.
