As per the Oracle checklist I have added following privileges to the custom HR Admin role but I'm confusing where we can see changes based on those privileges.

List of Values Function Security Privilege Predefined Role
Performance Template Task Names

Use REST Service - Performance Management List of Values

HRA_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_PERFORMANCE_MANAGEMENT_LOVS_PRIV
