Guidance on creating a "Benefits Analyst" role

Summary

Similar to the HR and Compensation areas, we'd like to create a view only Benefits Role that cannot make benefits updates on the front end.

I thought Benefits Manager was a role that could be used for view/reporting only access, but that role still allows for benefits updates. Any suggestions on creating a "Benefits Analyst" custom role?
