Blind Resume - Is this Possible in TBE?

We would like to remove all identification details from a candidates' resume. Is there a way to automate this in TBE?

We would like to remove all identification details from a candidates' resume. Has anyone been able to automate this somehow in TBE or would this just be a manual process to update and reupload to the application so that the hiring manager may view the resume? The other idea I had is expanding our application (which sadly makes the applicant experience more difficult), removing identifying details from the Hiring Manager view, and only forwarding resumes to hiring managers once a candidate has been selected for an interview. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
