Deleting Candidate Record

In ORC , the candidate were loaded via HDL. Post load, manually deleted the record from Candidate page.

Now trying reload the candidate records and its giving below error.

HRC-Data for the child PersonAddressVO is already present in fusion DB but parent's data is not found

Has anyone faced this error. Now unable to do delete via HDL as its  not identifying the primary record of the candidate.

Note : These candidates are not tagged to any requisitions .
