Goal Name to be Freeze after Approval

Looking for an EL expression to make goal name read only

Hi Experts,

I have come across a situation where we have enable "update key attributes" of a goal by employee in the goal plan. However, customer wants to make goal name read only despite the goal plan is set to yes for "update key attributes".

Best way we can deliver is a page customization through an EL expression. I am looking for an EL expression to check the goal status whether it is approved by the manager already, the goal name to be read only.

Please help me on developing this EL expression.
