To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Timezone issue in ORC - Candidate Communications

Time information is displaying incorrectly to Candidates in ORCContent
Times for Orientation events are keyed by the recruiter and pulled into the offer letter. They are populating at the incorrect time in the offer letter. They are shifting by several hours.
The recruiters local settings for ORC/laptop are correct.... but the timezone displayed in the candidate email is off by 4 hours. All transactions take place in the same time zone.
IE. Set for 8am... candidate receives an email stating the event is at 12pm... 4 hours off.
