Can I divide Performance Sections to be evaluated by two Managers?

I've a client requirement that each Employee has two managers (Line Manager and Project Manager)

If we have two sections in each performance document (Goals and Competencies), how can Line Managers Evaluates Goals only and Project Manager evaluated competencies only in the same employee's performance document? is this possible? are there any workaround?
