Hi,

We have business requirement to change date/time in OSvC for each record. By default, the time zone defined in the TZ_INTERFACE configuration setting (a hidden setting) is used for all time and date information, including the time stamp, the date created field and the date updated field, regardless of which time zone the end-user enters their request from.

 

To display the format “Month / Day / Year  Hours: Minutes: Seconds AM/PM,” choose "Custom" from the date Format menu and enter "%m/%d/%Y %I:%M:%S %p" for the format string.
