Where does postcode pull from on career site?

Hi, 

When you are searching as a candidate on postcode on the career site, where does the postcode on the requisition pull from? Is it from work location if you enabled this feature to show on the career site or posting locations? 

We are expecting to have set up being Country, County and City for the posting location but would use loqate to import all the geography so the post code sits there in the back end tables. 

Does any one have any experience?
