Unable to create job requisition? "+Add" button not working

Hi Everyone,

I just began working in a new environment, and am attempting to create a job requisition like you would normally by navigating to the Job Requisitions page in Hiring and clicking the button that says "+Add". Normally, you see a page come up with fields and sections to fill out before submitting the requisition. However, when I click "+Add", nothing happens. Because of this, I am unable to even begin the create job requisition process.

I initially thought it may be a user role / privileges issue, but after looking into this further I believe I have been provisioned all of the relevant roles. I have the "Recruiter", "Recruiting Administrator", "HR Specialist View All" roles, etc.
