Error message when Line Manager resubmits Performance Document

Hi,
We have the following steps in the performance document:
Employee Self Evaluation
Line Manager Evaluation
Approver.
 
We have recently moved to Responsive UI. There is no issue when the line manager submits the performance document to approver for the first time. However, when Talent manager moves the task from approver to Line manager(using "Move Task Back") , the line manager is unable to submit the performance document for approval. Error message is getting displayed for the line manager on submission. Please let me know if anuone has faced this issue earlier.
