Any functionality to automate notifications on late corporate card expense submissions

Currently our corporate card manager must manually pull reports and contact corporate card users when their corporate card transactions have not been submitted on an expense report on the 30th of every month for items 30 days past due and on the 15th of every month for items 45 days past due.

Is there any included functionality that would automate email notification to corporate card users when their outstanding corporate card transactions have not been submitted on an expense report?
