Can a requisition (position from PeopleSoft) be tied to an existing Taleo template?

Summary

Can a requisition (position from PeopleSoft) be tied to an existing Taleo template? Each time a req comes over to Taleo from PS it creates a new template in Taleo for each requisition.

Can a requisition (position from PeopleSoft) be tied to an existing Taleo template?  Each time a requisition comes over to Taleo from PS, it creates a new template in Taleo for each requisition.  We want requisitions to tie to existing templates in Taleo.  Has anyone done this?
