Hi,

We have sent a email notification on a "Performance Document" to some departments using the "Send Email Notification" feature.

In the notification mail, we observed a component named "Action Items" and it has some text on it. (Screenshot attached).

Any idea , how to avoid this component from appearing in our notification message
