Check_In & Anytime Feedback - Need to know table that stores the user selection

As part of Check_In and Anytime Feedback, some questions are just tick boxes.

We have found tables that store type of answer (one choice or multiple choice) and also the possible values (table hrq_qstn_answers_tl).

However, we are not able to identify the table where the actual answer (which box(es) the user actually had ticked) can be found.

Can someone pls suggest us on the same ?
