Hide employees without a goal plan from performance review

edited Jul 7, 2020 9:01PM in Performance Management 4 comments

Summary

Can we hide or not show an employee on the manager summary screen?

Content

We have certain groups of employees who do not receive an annual performance evaluation (e.g. student employees), but these employees are displayed on the manager's performance management screen and it appears that they have a review available. Is there a way for these employees to not be displayed on the managers 'My Manager Evaluations' (classic view) and/or Goals and Performance Overview (new UI) screen?

These employees are not assigned a goal plan and thus do not have a performance review to complete.
