Hi All,
We have a candidiate record in Taleo and this successful candidate has been interfaced into an EBS HRMS system where an employee record is created.
All employees are eligible to apply for internal jobs via the internal careers section, as such they need to have an internal candidate account in Taleo.
Can someone kindly please explain to me the steps required to import the employee record into Taleo, and what what should happen to the candidate record and the employee record.
