Authentication Failed 'Oracle CX Mobile issue'

Dears, 

   We are trying to access the Oracle CX Sales application and we type the host URL and the credentials but we get the authentication failed error message, However we checked the profile options and ensured that they are all enabled and we don`t know where is the problem and why can`t we access it..

We would be grateful if anyone can help in this..
