Users need to hide 'Add Comments' and 'Add Attachment' in the Action drop down for BIP bell notifications

Below profiles enabled:  

BIP_ONLINE_NOTIFICATION_HCM
BIP_ONLINE_NOTIFICATION_HCM_GOALS

How to achieve this requirement.
